Internet Problem
Mansoben: Hello, Can I speak to CS please.
Ruslina : Speaking please. Who's on the line?
Mansoben: Mansoben. I need somebody to come over and fix my internet.
Ruslina: What's wrong with it?
Mansoben: For some reason it's just not connecting.
Ruslina: How long have you been having this problem?
Mansoben: It hasn't been working the past few days.
Ruslina: Does the internet come up at all?
Mansoben: It does, but it won't connect to anything.
Ruslina: Well, the internet isn't down, so there must be something wrong with your connection.
Mansoben: Could you send someone to fix it today?
Ruslina: I'll send somebody over right away to fix it.
Mansoben: When will they be here?
Ruslina: They should be there in the next few hour.
Mansoben: OK. Thanks for your quick respond.
Ruslina : Don't mention it.
